Discovering Australian grown garlic in my local supermarket
I’m all so grateful for discovering….. Australian Garlic in my local supermarket. I love the mellow flavour this garlic has, the size of the cloves and the lovely colour of the bulb. It’s a very welcome member of my kitchen by comparison with its sterile unnatural looking chinese import that is usually the only option to purchase.
Buy up while you can Leah, it has a short season but will keep well in a cool dark dry place. Now there is a challenge for you! Xx😉
well, dark I can do… cool and dry might be a bit more challenging though….
