Dairy Free Bircher Muesli
- 2 cups rolled Oats
- 1/2 cup sesame seeds
- 1/2 coconut
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1/2 cup crushed almonds
- zest 1/2 lemon
- 2 apples grated
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 cups oat milk
Combine all ingredients and allow to soak overnight before serving. Goes well with Yoghurt if your so inclined, or with some beautiful poached apricots or peaches.
Will keep for about a week in the fridge.
