Stewing Plums for breakfast treats

I love having fruit with natural Greek yoghurt for snacks, or breakfast with my muesli. To fancy up my fruit I often poach or stew it, and add in a natural vanilla bean. I find it means I’m less likely to want or need sugar, as the vanilla rounds out the tartness of the fruit. This piccy is of plums, but it’s very tasty idea for apricots, peaches and nectarines too.
