This is the marraige of some of my favourite flavours to create a delicious, light and luxurious breakfast. Its main feature is cardamom thanks to my recent exploration of Sophie Grigson’s book, Spices, but with a beautiful balance of other spices that leave your palate delighted but not overwhelmed.
Serve a small bowl of Exotic Yoghurt with some lightly toasted Finnish Cardamom Bread and a small dish of baked rhubarb and voila, you have a simple and really quite healthy treat for yourself. Goes wonderfully with your morning coffee.
