Mixed Berry Coulis

- 250g berries
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 1 tbl sp. brandy or Chambord
Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until shiny and the sugar crystals have dissolved. Press through a course sieve to extract the seeds and serve.
