Fruit Compote
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tbl sp. golden syrup or maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp vanilla essence
Place all your ingredients into a small saucepan and heat over a medium heat until your berries are bubbling and softened. Serve hot over pancakes or vanilla icecream.
